Daily Duties & Responsibilities:
Envision yourself as a key player in maintaining and optimizing our client's machinery. Your typical day may involve:
- Seamlessly installing and aligning industrial-grade injection molding machines.
- Confidently diagnosing malfunctions across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Conducting preventive maintenance to boost equipment reliability.
- Sharing your expertise by training clients on machine operation and care.
- Offering instant technical solutions through various communication channels.
- Keeping comprehensive service logs and crafting detailed job reports.
- Upholding safety standards and policies.
- Collaborating with other professionals to tackle challenging issues.
- Embracing flexible working conditions, including travel at short notice.
Skills & Qualifications You Bring:
- Hands-on experience with injection molding machines is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLCs.
- Competency in reading and deciphering technical blueprints and diagrams.
- Familiarity with global leaders like Arburg, Engel, Husky, or Milacron is advantageous.
- Remarkable analytic and problem-solving prowess.
- Superior self-management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in strong written and verbal communication.
- Clean driving record and readiness to travel frequently.
- Physical ability to handle objects over 50 lbs., endure long periods of standing, and operate within industrial settings.
