About the Inside Sales Representative:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent sales skills, a keen understanding of technology, and the ability to manage time and relationships effectively.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
What will you do?
Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals.
Partner with the sales team to design and implement effective sales strategies.
Accurately document all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Actively participate in team meetings, coaching, and training sessions to continuously sharpen skills.
Develop and present persuasive proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
What will you need to succeed?
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales ; experience in SaaS or technology sales strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Track record of exceeding sales targets with a strong results-driven mindset.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships , acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
Proficiency in consultative selling techniques, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with technology and adept at using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities , both written and verbal.
Collaborative team player who also thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly and think strategically in client interactions.
Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to driving new business opportunities.
