Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers. You will leverage your skills in technology sales and customer service to meet the needs of our clients while contributing to the overall success of the company. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enable you to connect with a broader market.
Responsibilities
- Write up reservations, obtain customer signatures on contracts, close contracts
- Schedule inside trucks to haul to locations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
