We are currently seeking high quality inside sales professionals to drive Tiemann Industrial’s sales of Industrial and Safety Products. Don’t miss this opportunity to work for Tiemann Industrial representing multiple brands that are globally recognized and trusted.
In this sales representative role at Tiemann Industrial, you will be working with a product portfolio that includes high-quality Industrial and Safety Supplies, including specialty supplies for the manufacture, repair, and operations (MRO) in the industrial market. In addition to supporting products and services specific to the industrial industry, you will represent a myriad of innovative products and services that help manufacturers improve their businesses locally and across the globe.
As a Tiemann representative, you will be responsible to:
1. Support coverage of assigned accounts with quotations and sales order entries
2. Assist sales management in reaching business plan goals
3. Understand and achieve sales targets and objectives
4. Sell Industrial/Safety Products
5. Understand customer processes and sell value versus price
6. Understand distributor business strategy
7. Develop strong relationships and work with other Tiemann sales representatives, Inside sales representatives, customer accounts and prospects
8. Understand customer business priorities
9. Understand customer manufacturing processes
Successful candidates will meet or exceed the following requirements:
1. Good communication/customer service skills
2. Familiarity with industrial and/or Safety products helpful
3. Strong oral and written skills
4. Excellent computer skills (ERP based), Microsoft office
5. Organizational skills
6. Works effectively in a team environment
7. Creative problem solving
