Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is primarily focused on inside sales activities, including lead generation, prospect outreach, and account management, with periodic onsite visits to clients for relationship building, presentations, and service discussions. The ideal candidate will be personable, goal-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and technology lifecycle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Duties:
- Identify and engage new business prospects through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
Onsite Client Engagement:
- Conduct scheduled client visits for relationship development, service discussions, and solution presentations.
- Assess client needs and gather information for customized ITAD and recycling solutions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, recycling, IT services, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge of IT asset management, e-waste recycling, or secure data destruction.
- Comfort discussing technical concepts with non-technical decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and technology lifecycle management.
