Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Miramar, FL. This role will focus primarily on outbound sales calls to existing clients, promoting product lines, and managing customer accounts. The ideal candidate is skilled in sales communications, organized, and passionate about building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and promote company products
- Provide detailed product information including pricing, availability, and alternatives
- Maintain and update account information such as contracts and delivery schedules
- Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure competitive offers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Recommend value-added services and alternative solutions when items are unavailable
- Manage multiple customer accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Learn and apply knowledge of Asian food products
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of sales and outbound calling best practices
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- English required; Japanese language skills are a plus
- Willingness to learn about Asian food products
