Position: Inside Salea/Retail
Location: Katy, TX
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue in the composites sector.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional customer service.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
· Being able to run a small size retail store and keep it clean and always stocked.
· Helping write sales orders for outside sales reps and being able to help maintaining their customers for any immediate needs.
· Develop knowledge in the fiberglass industry to being able to answer Tech questions
Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· Retail and Sales Experience 2+ years
· Proven track record of success in account management
· Knowledge of composites materials, manufacturing processes, and applications is not required but a benefit.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills + proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
· In Office Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm
