Inside Sales / Shop Assistant role:
Pump service facility looking for a person who can assist with inside sales (quotation of pumps and parts), as well as preform other basic service facility functions.
This person will interact with customers and be responsible for entering orders in ERP system.
Applicant must also be willing to help with shipping and receiving and other basic inventory functions such as putting up and managing parts. There will also be times this role will be asked to assist technician on pump repairs. This is a small facility, and you will be asked to wear a number of hats and must be comfortable doing so.
