Position Summary
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our Los Angeles office, focusing on PMA inspections and service sales. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative sales mindset and a passion for safety and compliance. You will work closely with commercial clients to assess their fire and life safety needs and deliver tailored service plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 30-60-90 day sales strategy focused on key accounts and growth opportunities.
- Promote inspection and maintenance services for fire alarm, sprinkler, and other fire protection systems.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through direct outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering additional or upgraded services when applicable.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, track leads, and maintain CRM data.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
Preferred Background:
- 3+ years of experience in fire alarm, fire protection, or life safety system sales (preferred).
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems and NFPA standards is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
