Looking for an experienced, compassionate instructor who loves horses and people!
What You’ll Do
- Teach groundwork & riding (Western & English)
- Mentor young women with positivity and encouragement
- Help care for horses & keep the barn safe and clean
- Participate in paid training and clinics
- Support special events & community outreach
You Bring
- 5+ years of horse & riding experience
- Strong communication & teaching skills
- A safety-first mindset
- Physical fitness (lift 50–75 lbs.; outdoor work)
- Team spirit, kindness, and professionalism
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in reining, dressage, trail, gymkhana, or hunter-jumper
- Familiarity with tack & barn tools
- Willingness to train in Bridle Up Hope’s certification programs
