Essential Duties
- Install, commission, and calibrate flow meters and associated instrumentation across various process units.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on flow instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with flow measurement systems, including signal transmission and sensor accuracy.
- Interpret flow measurement data and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize system performance.
- Maintain detailed records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical support during process shutdowns, startups, and routine operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to instrumentation and process efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety and quality rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.

Education and/or Work Experience
- Technical diploma or associate degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in industrial instrumentation with a strong focus on flow measurement.
- Proficiency in working with various types of flow meters (Coriolis, magmeters, DP flow, vortex, etc.).
- Must be proficient in using a Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator for calibration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with loop checks, P&IDs, and instrumentation diagrams.
- Ability to use calibration tools and software for flow instrumentation.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Working as self-directed field/shop environment worker.
- Experience with bending and running tubing is preferred.
- TWIC, OSHA Safety, Security Passport.
- Valid State issued driver’s license.
