What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with prospective and current customers to drive new business and strengthen retention.
- Conduct personalized insurance consultations to identify coverage gaps and match clients with the right products.
- Manage policy updates, changes, and renewals with a strong focus on cross-selling and upselling.
- Follow up on inbound leads and actively prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound strategies.
- Support claims processes while reinforcing the value of continued coverage and agency support.
A motivated self-starter with a hunter’s mentality and strong closing instincts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build rapport and influence.
- Previous sales or insurance experience preferred (but not required if you’re coachable and competitive).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing client accounts.
- Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licensing (we’ll help guide you through the process).
