We are an independent property and casualty insurance agency in Lower Bucks County with over a dozen direct appointments with top-rated insurance companies looking for a part-time or full-time Insurance Agent/Licensed Customer Service Rep.
The right candidate:
- Must be professional, organized, detail oriented, and reliable
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be computer literate and willing to learn industry software and online systems
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with our clients by telephone, in person, via email, and through written correspondence
- Must be able to process paperwork accurately and efficiently in a regulated industry
- Must have excellent follow-through and follow-up skills
- Must be a team player and willing to grow with an expanding company
- Experience processing applications and changes on the websites of insurance carriers (Travelers, Safeco, etc.) is a plus
- Experience quoting using a comparative rater and issuing policies is a plus
- Experience utilizing The Agency Manager (TAM) is a plus
A PA Property & Casualty Insurance license is required for this position.
