We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support and guide our clients with professionalism, care, and clarity. In this role, you'll be the voice of our agency, assisting customers with policy questions, changes, and claims support, while exploring ways to protect better what matters most to them.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and software (Word, Excel, email, web platforms)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by answering questions and guiding them through policy updates
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
- Process policy changes, billing updates, claims, cancellations, reinstatements, and certificates
- Review upcoming renewals, identify coverage gaps, and provide requotes or rewritten policies as needed
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during service calls and renewal reviews
