Overview
Lerner Financial is seeking a dynamic candidate for the position of Integrator. This individual will integrate the essential functions of the business and report to the president of the company, Brad Fath. They must be well versed in both business and people management, using self-derived data, business acumen, and the president’s vision to chart a course for both organizational and employee development. The candidate must communicate frequently and effectively through multiple formats at stakeholder and organizational levels to develop performance goals, feedback, corrections, presentations, as well as provide timely responses at critical junctures in all facets of the org. Deeply driven to achieve, they will consider, evaluate, and forecast current and future obstacles while championing change management and implementing new systems/processes org wide. They foster appropriate innovation and work towards resolution of technological challenges while considering the impact on structural/organizational function, processes, and human capital to keep all levels of stakeholders engaged.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for all HR related matters
- Collaborates with necessary parties to ensure training, development, and initiatives align with yearly organizational goals
- Plans and aligns objectives to aid with an overall strategy to guide talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, employee training and development, performance appraisal, and feedback
- Development and management of operations as well as organizational goals
- Prepares and presents multiple times yearly at varying stakeholder levels
- Tracks, extrapolates, and interprets business and workforce data, maintaining budgetary lines, updates, forecasting needs, and pivoting in organizational initiatives as the data demands
- Stays abreast of technological advances/innovation and works towards implementing best solutions for organizational efficiency
- Gains the confidence and trust of staff through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
Experience
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration
- At least three years in management of comparable volume
- Tech savvy with proven history of success in innovation implementation
- Resourceful troubleshooter
