- Act as the primary point of contact between the acquired business and Flatiron’s core functional teams.
- Develop, manage, and track detailed integration project plans that cover systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS), process alignment, reporting, organizational structure, and compliance.
- Partner with functional and operational leaders to assess readiness, close gaps, and drive execution of integration milestones.
- Support change management across both companies while establishing communication routines, identifying cultural risks, and reinforcing Flatiron’s values and leadership expectations.
- Coordinate and track operational handoffs such as work order flow, technician scheduling, employee life cycle, billing, and reporting to ensure business continuity.
- Facilitate post-integration reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve Flatiron’s integration playbook.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and timelines.
- Strong organizational skills and a bias for action—you’ll juggle multiple integrations and functional priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—must be comfortable engaging with senior leadership and frontline teams alike.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and operational systems is a plus (e.g., Certinia, Salesforce, Vista).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to acquired company locations and Flatiron branches across North America.
