Part time interior designer needed in Redington Shores area. Some work can be completed remotely, but travel would be needed for errands, client meetings, team meetings, etc.
Hours: Part time contract role, 20-25 hours per week
Responsibilities:
1.) Client meetings to walk through selection process with pre approved finish options for semi custom homes
2.) Data entry
3.) project management
4.) Client and vendor communication
5.) Errands that may include sample pickups, mailing, etc.
6.) Creating and editing construction documents (AutoCAD or similar)
7.) Assistance with 3D mockups and/or renderings
8.) Join team meetings
9.) Site visits
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year interior design experience required.
- Professional communication skills, writing skills, and spreadsheet experience required.
- Positive and enthusiastic when interacting with the team and clients.
- Comfortable acting as the expert to guide and direct clients toward making decisions.
- Adaptable and flexible with continuously improving processes within a new company, and willingness to contribute to improvements.
- Proximity to Redington Shores/Indian Rocks Beach area preferred.
- AutoCAD and Sketchup experience preferred.
