Our Intermission Bar Supervisor will demonstrate acute attention to detail, take pride in accuracy, work efficiently, and be an excellent Team player and communicator. The perfect candidate will have a very high standard of personal appearance and demonstrate the ability to build loyalty through their craft within the venue at Kravis Events. Our Intermission Bar Supervisor is an expert in regards to the food and beverage preparations for the bars including: syrups, fruits, juices, and batches, food ingredients, descriptions and packaging, and/or side work necessary to support the success of each shift. Our Intermission Bar Supervisor will also work closely with the Bar Manager and kitchen staff to ensure product utilization and space organization is properly handled and maintained. By doing so, our Intermission Bar Supervisor will support our Teams to exceed all venue goals in regards to guest service, safety and sanitation, and cost control methods.

Collaboration amongst team members to ensure a memorable experience for our guests is very important, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is of utmost importance. Our Intermission Bar Supervisor is patient, helpful, and kind to the guest and to each other. Our Intermission Bar Supervisor is self-motivating, detail-oriented, and quick-learning. Our Intermission Bar Supervisor will happily perform other duties as assigned and directed.

Reports to: Bar Manager, with a dotted line to the General Manager

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The Guest

· Provide genuine, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests

· Monitor and observe guests’ experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food, beverage,

and service and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems

· Complete ownership of all aspects of Intermission Bars included but not limited to: knowledge of shows, ticket sales, production schedules, product, accuracy of all recipes, integrity of service, and the safety of our guests

The Property

· Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a team to uphold brand standards

· Provide the highest quality experience, all while maintaining the overall appearance of the guest-facing areas of the restaurant.

· Follow all company guidelines and procedures including but not limited to safety and sanitation. Abide by proper cleaning and sanitation procedures, operate equipment in a safe and focused way, and complete any necessary reports while providing exceptional service to ensure a positive and lasting guest impression

· Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations.

· Ensure accurate execution of various side work duties to prepare intermission bar areas for guest service.

· Oversee all guest-facing areas in regards to debris inside and outside the venues

The Bottom Line

· Observe all property rules and Company policies

· Must abide by shift operating hours as scheduled and assigned by the Bar Manager, attending all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement

· Ensure every item is controlled and held correctly. All product follows FIFO regulations and is at the proper temperature controls.

· Always be guest facing to protect the venue from theft and accidents

· Responsible for handling all cash and credit card receipts, and turning all receipts in to Management. All proper reporting accounted for daily.

· Manages and maintains a cash bank accurately. Cash bank audits occur per shift to ensure accurate financials.
