Job description
What are your contributions to the team?
- Administer, configure, and optimize HRIS solutions, including workforce management, compensation, recruitment, and onboarding;
- Analyze business needs, recommend improvements, and participate in system implementation, integration, and enhancement projects;
- Produce and analyze HR reports, ensure data integrity, and support various activities throughout the employee lifecycle;
- Provide support to HR Business Partners on various initiatives, including engagement surveys, salary review and promotion processes, talent management programs, employee relations cases, and more;
- Participate in projects and meetings related to labour relations;
- Assist with disciplinary processes and grievance management;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of HR best practices.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management and have a strong interest in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR process optimization;
- You have knowledge of an integrated Human Resources Information System (an asset);
- You have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- You are a highly motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- You are detail-oriented and committed to accuracy;
- You are organized and structured in your work approach;
- You have a positive attitude and are approachable;
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
