JOB DESCRIPTION
Internship experiences will vary widely depending on the needs of the intern, the organization, and the environment in which the organization operates. Our internship program is designed to help prepare students and/or recent graduates to relate and apply what they have learned in a classroom setting to a health care organization while assisting with projects to support the mission and objectives of the organization and expose young professionals to operational activities. The intern will be guided by a mutually beneficial set of goals and objectives. They should be developed jointly by the intern to reflect specific needs and by the organization to reflect its needs for assistance during the intern period. They will identify what the intern needs for professional development while contributing to the organization’s achieving its objectives. The intern must have graduated from or currently be enrolled in a higher education program. The intern will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Must be enrolled in or graduated from a higher education program in the field of business that relates to the internship program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Microsoft Office suite of products
Excel Spreadsheet experience beneficial to completing work.
Computer skills for creating reports, graphs, charts and supporting documentation.
