We are seeking a highly motivated Ticket Sales and Service Intern to assist team members with generating revenue, running fan experiences on game nights, and additional responsibilities.
What You Will Do:
- Work with clients on game nights to execute Member Events, Member Pregame Experiences and FEP’s
- Make outbound calls to make sales and generate revenue for the organization
- Assist with miscellaneous office task and projects as needed by the team
What We Need From Our Ticket Sales and Service Intern:
- Availability on game nights and weekdays and weekends (30 hours minimum)
- Organizational and computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Sales interest and willingness to develop skillset
- Ability to make high volume of outbound calls and be trusted to run meetings or experiences with clients
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Currently a junior or higher in college education

- Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
- This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
- S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
- Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person
- Must be comfortable working with kids and adults
- Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
