We are looking for a passionate Power Apps & Power BI Developer Intern eager to contribute to Alstom's digital transformation by developing innovative digital solutions that support project performance, governance, and reporting activities across the company.
You will join teams driving Digital & Cybersecurity transformation initiatives and contribute to tools deployed worldwide across all Alstom regions. Working at the intersection of business processes, data analytics, and digital technologies, you will help deliver solutions that transform operational data into actionable insights and support decision-making on a global scale.
Your Role, Your Impact
- Develop and enhance Power Apps solutions to support project management, reporting, and governance activities across international teams.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reporting templates that provide clear visibility into project performance and key business indicators.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners to capture user needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Contribute to data modelling, application design, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the scalability and maintainability of the solutions.
- Support application deployment, testing, documentation, and user adoption to maximize the value delivered to end users.
You will work alongside experienced and committed teams, solving complex challenges that shape Alstom's digital transformation by ensuring seamless integration between business needs and Microsoft technologies.
What You Bring
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Understanding of data modelling, reporting concepts, and business intelligence principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and interpret business requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree or an Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
The following would be considered an advantage:
- Experience with Power Apps or Power BI projects.
- Knowledge of user requirement gathering and business analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and continuous improvement approaches.

- Delivery of functional Power Apps enhancements and Power BI dashboards aligned with business objectives.
- Quality and reliability of the developed applications, reporting solutions, and data models.
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
- Successful execution of testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement and long-term sustainability of the digital solutions.
