- Develop and automate data analysis tools and scripts to improve efficiency and consistency across testing activities.
- Analyze test results to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators that support engineering decision-making.
- Create reports and visualizations that communicate findings in a clear, actionable, and understandable manner.
- Ensure data consistency, traceability, and quality throughout the testing campaign while proposing improvements to existing data processing methodologies.
You'll work with skilled and committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration between engineering expertise, data analysis, and operational needs.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data processing, analysis, and interpretation.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C, or C++.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as MATLAB or equivalent environments.
- Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
You are analytical, curious, and comfortable tackling complex technical challenges. You also enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating technical results to different stakeholders.
How Success Is Measured
- Timely delivery of reliable data analyses, reports, and automated processing tools.
- Quality and accuracy of the data processing methods developed.
- Ability to identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and performance indicators from large data sets.
- Effective collaboration with system engineers and project stakeholders.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of data processing and analysis workflows.
Alstom, A Great Place to Grow
- Participate in major transportation projects contributing to the future of urban mobility.
- Develop expertise in data processing, automation, reporting, and engineering data analysis.
- Gain hands-on experience working with real-world data generated during large-scale test campaigns.
- Collaborate with experienced system engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Build valuable skills in technical communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making within a leading industrial organization.
