Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and facilitating order fulfillment processes. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to analyze data effectively to optimize stock levels and supplier relationships. The Inventory Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Utilize data mining techniques to analyze inventory trends and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and negotiate contracts as necessary.
- Implement effective materials handling practices to streamline operations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions and generate reports for management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial analysis related to inventory.
- Knowledge of materials handling best practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to do cycle counts, spot checks, and QC

Pay: $22.00 - $26.50 per hour
