The UPS Store in Amherst is seeking a part time return specialist for approximately 20 - 25 hours a week.
This position is for CLOSING Thursday - Sunday. Set shift of Thursday - Friday 2pm-7pm Saturday 9am-3pm and Sunday 10a-3pm
Employee may often be working in the store independently.
Some of the job duties are:
- Processing and Packaging all return items i.e. Amazon Returns, Happy Returns, Spectrums Return etc.
- The ability to multi-task & learn on-the-job skills quickly.
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Basic of point-of-sale systems and computer functions (i.e. Microsoft Word and email).
- Ability to handle unfamiliar customer requests when working independently.
- Assist in merchandising the store, including: stocking shelves with product, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of product, informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies.
- Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
