About Us:
uBreakiFix is a leader in tech repair services with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support our 10 store locations across the Bay Area.
Position Overview:
The Inventory Specialist will travel to 2 store locations per day to perform inventory cycle counts, investigate missing parts, and generate accurate reports. After completing inventory tasks, they will assist the store manager with organization and general upkeep of the store.
This position requires travel between stores using your own vehicle, and strong computer skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inventory cycle counts at all 10 locations
- Investigate and document discrepancies or missing parts
- Create and maintain clear, organized inventory reports
- Assist with store organization and cleanliness
- Travel daily to multiple store locations (2 per day average) using your own car
- Navigate internal company portals and reporting systems
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting inventory data
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient with computers and navigating internal software systems
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage is not reimbursed)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Previous inventory, retail, or operations experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
- $20/hour starting pay
