The Hardware - Asset Management Manager will support the day to day activities of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM Services for internal customers along with team management. The role will require experience in IT Asset Management - ITAM and the functions that support asset life-cycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, Maintain and track of the Assets.
- Asset discovery knowledge, Good Understanding of IT assets and their usages.
- An understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and practices as related to ITAM.
- Utilization and Compliance identification of Assets.
- Identify the gaps and raise it to the Management.
- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams & vendors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present results to business leaders.
- Help create technical documentation and manuals.
- Idea on SEZ process and policies.
- Asset Life Cycle Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT experience related to Hardware IT Asset Management, with a bachelor s degree.
- Should have experience in IT/Hardware Asset Management.
- Proficiency in IT Asset Management Life-cycle & Hardware Configuration Management.
- Knowledge on any Asset management tool.
- Good working knowledge of ITSM systems like ServiceNow/Remedy.
- Demonstrate a working understanding of hardware asset management policies, procedures and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
