IT / FACILITIES COORDINATOR
We are a small post-production company located in a creative office building in Hollywood. As the IT-Facilities Coordinator, you are the first point-of-contact for our staff and others when facilities and IT/operational issues arise. You must be extremely organized and energetic, with a positive attitude. This position is a full-time, in-office role reporting to and directly supervised by IT/Facilities Director and Senior Tech Support.
This position to start immediately; work will be performed in-person at our main office. We will only consider local Los Angeles-area candidates. No relocations or remote work arrangements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support for technology and facilities issues that arise on a daily basis, including supporting smart phones, computers, accessories, and software problems. (Will train the right candidate.)
- Perform basic building and equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, schedule repairs as needed with outside vendors.
- Maintain calendar of service calls, appointments, and systems updates and scheduled services.
- Provide routine after-hours support, including regular systems updates. Some additional night, weekend, and holiday hours will be required.
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and/or workstations. (Will train)
- Procurement duties including researching and purchasing equipment and supplies as needed, in compliance with approval and tracking systems.
- Driving to pick-up and drop-off computer and facilities equipment and supplies as needed.
- Work with IT team to ensure long-term projects are moving forward.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Has basic tech knowledge, with a willingness to learn more advanced skills.
- Has a positive, energetic, ‘can-do’ attitude, as situations arise and adjust quickly.
- Has good communication skills, as you will be working with everyone in the office as well as outside vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to be reliable, responsible, and trust-worthy.
- Must have valid driver license and registered/insured own vehicle.
The Ideal Candidate:
- One year minimum of prior experience in related field and an Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate.
- Is comfortable in a MacOS environment with some PC experience.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is proactive, sees problems and acts.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
