Role Overview
Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the strategy, availability, performance, and lifecycle operations of our Enterprise API Platform, Developer Portal, and Emerging Generative AI Gateway. This leader will drive developer enablement, technical governance, and cross-functional technology delivery across Huntington's digital banking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery, availability, and incident governance for Huntington's enterprise API gateway and emerging AI integration platforms.
- Partner directly with software engineering, architecture, and platform infrastructure teams to optimize developer portal experience.
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for mission-critical core banking microservices and AI agent gateways.
- Drive operational readiness, release management, and compliance across cloud and on-premise environments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT service delivery, technical platform operations, or engineering leadership in enterprise financial services.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API gateways, developer portals, microservices architectures, and AI services.
- Proven track record managing high-availability financial technology platforms and ITIL service management frameworks.
