Job Description:
Candidate needs to have at least 3-5 years of experience in handling incidents / requests over calls from US callers.
- Must have experience in performing L1 tasks in Active Directory such as Account unlock, Password resets, creating accounts, Distributions lists and security groups.
- Experience in installing Applications.
- knowledge on service desk functions
- Good customer service mindset and customer handling skills
- Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
