Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required; Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-years experience with technology support is required.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Support agency technology needs, all divisions, maintain a high-level professionalism with staff clients and external contacts.
- Ability to trouble shoot hardware and software issues, along with computer installation and repair.
- Loading and unloading of computers and other equipment for installation, removal, or exchange.
- Email account creation for new staff.
- Register Installation and Point-of-sale hardware configuration.
- Inventory of computers, registers, equipment, and tools.
- Maintain a high level of technical support.
- Analyze service log files to identify problem areas.
- Effectively participate in on-call rotation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
