About XYPN
XYPN is the only turnkey advice and planning platform that makes it possible for fee-only financial advisors to build the independent firm of their dreams with complete autonomy. We do this through ongoing advocacy and access to education and training, curated technology, compliance support, community, and back-office and client support services.
This is an opportunity to join a company on a mission to help others—and you—live your best lives.
About the role
As XYPN’s IT Specialist, you'll be juggling multiple hats each day. Serving as the friendly face of our internal IT help desk, you’ll help teammates troubleshoot technology issues, manage onboarding into XYPN’s digital environment, and directly boost productivity and team satisfaction. - Guide new team members through their first tech experiences at XYPN, conducting smooth and friendly IT onboarding (and offboarding).
- Collaborate closely with the IT Manager and Technology team as a thoughtful, solution-oriented partner.
- Thrive within a dynamic, growing company environment where testing new solutions, learning quickly, and adapting on the fly are everyday realities.
- Be based in Bozeman, comfortable and effective working both from the office and remotely.
