What You Get To Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide quotations, status updates and order details.
- Consult with Engineering and Service teams to ensure accurate solutions.
- Enter and track sales orders using ERP systems
- Collaborate with our shipping team and purchase materials to fulfill orders.
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels.
- Expedite orders and proactively update customers.
- Support our sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What We Need From You
- Experienced professional in customer service, inside sales, or parts coordination.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Well-organized and self-directed team player.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage 300; Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
