Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Min 1 year of IT support, customer service and call center experience. This can be a combination of professional work experience, internships, academic projects/ coursework.
- Mobile Device Support (android \ iOS) experience
- Familiarity with Intune\ Microsoft Authenticator; Familiarity with Bomgar Remote application

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
