The ideal candidate will have experience in a K-12 school environment and have an extensive amount of experience with computer support and customer service. Candidate must be able to support multiple school sites in the Sacramento and Elk Grove areas, both remotely (help desk) and at customer sites.
Candidates should have working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows and Chrome desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and basic network support. The candidate may also be dispatched to take care of other Caliber Networks customers in the area, should the need arise. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual with great customer skills to be part of the Caliber Networks team.
The individual must have a positive attitude, very good customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn new technologies while working in a team environment. A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic that is highly organized is encouraged to apply. Must have reliable car to travel between customer sites.
Must be able to pass the standard K-12 background check.
This position is NOT remote work.
