We are Raleigh Idealease which is the Leasing and Rental company associated with Lilley International in Raleigh NC. We are seeking top of the line Diesel Technicians. We are always hiring and looking for great Technicians as we continue to grow.
The Technician must have experience in Diagnostics and repairs on International, Peterbilt, and Kenworth Trucks. The Technician must be able to diagnose and repair most components on the trucks with minimum supervision of the Service Manager. Technician responsibilities will include but not limited to: performing PM services, Diagnostics and repairing any component, emergency break downs(we are not a 24hr emergency breakdown service), finding and picking up parts if we do not stock them at our dealership. The technician is responsible for repairing the truck from start to finish including test driving if needed/possible.
We have a fleet of around 150 International trucks plus more trucks and trailers on maintenance contracts. Box trucks, Tractors, Trailers, and flat beds. The technician should be able to diagnose and repair Cummins Engines, International Engines. Some Eaton and Allison transmissions experience is a plus. We strive to provide our customers with quick and cost-efficient repairs. We offer maintenance on customers vehicles from mobile maintenance to break downs(we are not a 24hr emergency breakdown service).
We only have about 8 trucks with maxxforce engines that we are rotating out of our fleet when new trucks arrive. The other trucks are Cummins ISB, ISL, ISX, International A26 and s13 engines.

This is a day shift, Mobile Technician roll. 5 day work week M-F 8am-5pm some weekends, weekend work about 1-2 days a month Weekend work is working on dropped units is and flexible between which day you decide to go out: saturday/sunday and times.
Technician Integrity is a very important for this role as the Technician should expect to work in the field with little to no supervision. Technician will report to the service manager each morning to get assigned work and restock on parts. If there is no mobile work the technician will work at the shop. The mobile tech will run road calls and do mobile maintenance as needed and work at the shop as needed. We currently have mobile work in Raleigh, Garner, Benson, Wilson, and Durham area.
Must possess valid drivers license with minimal points from tickets. NO DUI WITHIN 3 YEARS
CDL Preferred
A full-service box truck will be provided with oil and grease reels, jacks, tire cage, air compressor. Technician will need tools to complete repairs
