Opportunity for experienced Lead Janitor. You must have experience in Janitorial Cleaning Services.
Position is for 2nd Shift 2PM - 10PM.
This is a Full Time Position, Some Supervisory Responsibilities are Involved.
Applicant must be available to work a 5-day per week schedule, Schedules can be any 5-day period between Mondays through Sundays. Schedule will be discussed at interview.
This is a Lead Janitor Position - Some Training and Supervisory Experience and Responsibilities are Involved.
Position Reports to the Company's Operation Manager.
Bilingual English & Spanish speaking:
Experience working at an Airport is a Plus, in any case training and orientation will be provided to any qualified applicant.
Experience working in Large Facilities as a Janitor is required.
Must be fluent in the English Language.
Display great Initiative and leadership.
Able to work and thrive in stressful situations.
Excellent supervisory skills. Constantly Checks the work of employees.
Must Work Well with Others.
Team Player.
Basic Use of Microsoft office products, communicates via email, can use a Computer.
Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Janitor.
Motivated and highly energetic required.
Must pass a national background check.
