We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within our café. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall customer experience, from taking orders to preparing food and maintaining cleanliness in the work environment.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and drive sales effectively.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Background in kitchen operations or food service is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations or café environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards is essential.
