Our growing, design-focused architecture firm in Roseville is hiring a Job Captain to join our team. We work across residential, commercial, and multifamily projects and are looking for someone who can step in and contribute right away. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced drafter or designer ready to take ownership of projects and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with strong Revit skills and experience in both residential and commercial projects. You’ll be responsible for producing and managing drawing sets, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project managers in pushing projects forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and manage construction document sets in Revit
- Collaborate with internal teams and consultants
- Apply California building codes and coordinate with jurisdictions
- Work on a variety of project types including custom homes, commercial tenant improvements, multifamily developments and more
- Support the Project Managers in day-to-day project execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in architectural drafting or design
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and building codes
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Excellent customer service, communication and collaboration skills
- Local to the Sacramento/Roseville area and able to work on-site full time
Nice to Have:
- Experience with structural coordination
- Familiarity with the permitting process and plan check responses
- Interest in growing into a project management role
