JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Perform work control and asset management support tasks within an organizational unit utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) such as Maximo.
- Assist technicians and make corrections to the CMMS database.
- Run reports and keep the Site Support supervisor/manager abreast of any significant inconsistencies.
- Update equipment status when equipment is removed from the Systems Description Documents (SDD).
- Add/update equipment items into CMMS in accordance with the SDD, Local Work Cards (LWC), etc.
- Add and modify Job Plans as directed by the Site Support supervisors.
- Set up the PM Master Schedules in CMMS.
- Input Work Request from customers for approval by the Resource Management Center.
- Serves as the CMMS advisor for newly trained technicians for their specific area of support.
- Assist the Site Support Supervisor with other administrative duties as required.
- Update work order status as instructed by the Site Support supervisor/manager.
- Transfer the supervisor's work schedule into CMMS
- Resolve Work Order (WO) issues to facilitate the technician's performance of the work
- Provide analysis of the WO status reports to the supervisor.
- Participate in Job Controller working group meetings and provide process improvement feedback.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION
General site duties are to include; Creating Maximo work orders, call in requests, technician requests, and supervisor notification. Update work order listing with information from Maximo work order status as needed, Create Shop daily activity report from information gathered from technician daily inputs, Review previous day completed work orders in Maximo for accuracy. Notify technicians of required corrections. Create purchase requisitions in Maximo for materials, parts, or services require in support of Maximo work orders. Assist technicians with material research. Update Maximo work order status as condition changes. Run established Maximo reports and create ad-hoc Maximo reports as required. Provide Maximo delinquency report. Input exception code and delay descriptions on work orders. Prepare and send monthly activity report to supervisor. Run mid-month PMI completion report. Provide mid-month next month PMI work order list to scheduler. Create and maintain asset records. Create and maintain physical electronic files as required. Assist with, and create, forms for training and polices as required. Attend and participate in shop meetings and training sessions.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High School graduation plus completion of vocational/technical training or equivalent military training and a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience. Possess a thorough working knowledge of operations and maintenance scheduling and documentation using Maximo Asset Management software. Familiar with procedures/policies of a Work Control Operations Center or business unit. Ability to take responsibility for the consolidation of operation and maintenance data for both reports and analysis as required. Ability to gather pertinent data and provide accurate information. Must demonstrate flexibility in assigned work schedule. Ability to effectively coordinate a variety of activities under time and deadline constraints.
The incumbent must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $73,424 to $83,200 annually.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. Involves constant sitting and use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. There is occasional lifting to 20 pounds. This position may require travel.
