We are seeking a Jobsite Supervisor Assistant to support both field and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow their career within project management.
Compensation
- $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Jobsite Supervisor with daily inspections, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, noting any delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction requirements.
- Support with permit processing and scheduling of city inspections.
- Travel between multiple jobsites as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, demolition, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, or other project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
