Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for providing supply and procurement support for various mission partners, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of materials
Independently and efficiently to ensure that short-fused requirements for materials are quoted and ordered quickly and accurately in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contract requirements, and corporate policies and procedures
Proactively perform all activities involved in tracking individual procurements and delivery dates and update the material tracking database in a timely and accurate manner, enabling the provision of immediate material and funding status to customers and project leads in real time
Provide monthly Customer Acquired Property Reports to document their work
Coordinate and communicate with material buyers and project/program personnel to ensure that all required documentation is received for processing purchase requisitions and orders, including sole-source justification as required, ACOR approval, Statements of Work, milestone payment information as applicable, and any documentation required to meet unique or special requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
4+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
Understanding of supply chain management principles. Knowledge of purchase requisition and order processing.
Experience with material tracking and database management. Working knowledge of FAR and other relevant procurement regulations. Ability to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Experience with sole-source justification documentation. Ability to prepare accurate and timely procurement reports.
Experience in maintaining detailed procurement documentation. Experience with monthly Customer Acquired Property Reports.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge of ManTech’s procurement system.
Experience with DoD procurement activities, processes, and systems.
Familiarity with ACOR approvals. Proficiency in procurement software and systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting). Experience with database management. Understanding of contract terms and conditions. Experience with contract administration.
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements in procurement. Experience with developing and maintaining procurement-related SOPs. Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM). Any related project management certifications.
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an Active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
