We are currently seeking a Junior Account Assistant to support our client service team with daily account coordination, administrative tasks, and project management. This entry-level position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within the field of client relations and brand management.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and supporting Account Managers with day-to-day tasks.
Maintain internal records, timelines, and documentation for client projects.
Schedule meetings, prepare briefs, and coordinate communications between departments.
Help compile reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Follow up on project deliverables to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
Perform data entry, invoice tracking, and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Previous internship or 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
