Junior Parts Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support production flow and aftermarket demand.
- Proactively coordinate the ordering and restocking of parts and materials.
- Analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) for aftermarket quoting and sales strategy.
- Generate accurate and timely quotes for customers purchasing parts directly.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing to improve part margins and quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop part promotions and targeted campaigns.
- Ensure smooth communication between procurement, warehouse, and sales departments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or inventory coordination.
- Industry experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or automotive strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Proven communication and customer service abilities.
- Solid knowledge of inventory systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze supply and sales data to support decision-making.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical certifications a plus).
- Reports directly to the General Sales Manager.
- Commission eligibility begins after one year, with significant income growth potential.
- Pre-employment drug screening is required.
