We Are Now Hiring Inside Parts Sales Associates!
· Great Lakes Truck Centers is looking for Inside Parts Sales Associate for our Great Lakes Truck Centers - Akron, OH Branch.
· We sell all-makes Parts in addition to our brand-specific proprietary lines of Freightliner, Western Star, Detroit, Cummins, Allison, Bendix, Meritor, Eaton-Fuller, Comprising over 100 different lines!
We are offering two separate shifts with flexible start times.
We have a Tuesday-Saturday shift (Saturdays are ½ days) and a Monday- Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer service over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program. Performing cycle counts
- Customer focus, with a friendly attitude
- Participate in all training programs that are made available
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic computer skills Keep current on new products and product updates
Qualifications needed:
- Parts experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- Ability to read schematics to look up truck parts
- Must be comfortable talking with customers and selling parts
