Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Organisational Development & Governance, Project Management team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Junior Project Manager International Projects. We support international projects using established standards, governance processes and the central Planisware application. In doing so, we work closely with international teams and stakeholders. #LI-DNI

You can look forward to

• Support interdisciplinary, international teams in the planning, management and monitoring of projects
• Take responsibility for your own work packages within larger projects and continuously develop your expertise
• Assist experienced project managers in managing deliverables, deadlines and budgets
• Manage the central Planisware application and support users in their day-to-day work
• Produce status reports, presentations and relevant documentation
• Contribute to the further development of project management standards and engage with an international PM community

You come equipped with

• A completed Master’s degree in a business-related subject or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in project management, a PMO or a comparable project environment, ideally in an international context
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Planisware, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or comparable solutions
• Business-fluent English and conversational German
• Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for IT, as well as a structured approach to work that enables you to understand complex interrelationships, familiarise yourself quickly with new topics and collaborate with various stakeholders in a solution-oriented manner
