Junior Recruiter (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Build the Team. Live the Mission. Recruit with Precision.
At My Fit Foods, we don’t just make healthy meals—we build high-performing teams that help people transform their lives. We're expanding rapidly across Texas, Colorado, and Oregon, and we’re looking for a bilingual Junior Recruiter who wants to master their craft and build something that lasts.
This role is not for the faint of heart. We move fast. We measure everything. And we expect results.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling top-tier candidates—especially for kitchen roles—and helping fuel the future of our operations.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Spend 30+ hours/week speaking directly with candidates — outreach, interviews, follow-up
- Own 5–10 open kitchen-related roles across multiple markets
- Evaluate up to 300+ applications/week and push only the best forward
- Write and revise job ads based on feedback and performance data
- Screen for mindset, hustle, and coachability in 5–10 minutes flat
- Track your own metrics like a pro — from interviews to quality-of-hire ratios
- Partner with the Culinary Director and Operations team to proactively fill roles before there's a need
- Learn fast, adapt faster, and execute with clarity, speed, and integrity
What You Need to Succeed Here
- Bilingual: English/Spanish – Required
- 1–2 years in recruiting, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- You’ve interviewed people before and can read them quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organized and self-managed — you track your work like it’s a performance metric
- High attention to detail with low tolerance for sloppiness
- Resilience under pressure — you follow through and follow up
- Quick to update, tweak, and improve based on what’s actually working
Who Should NOT Apply
- People chasing a title instead of chasing excellence
- People who love admin tasks but avoid real conversations
- Corporate cosplay — this isn’t a cubicle job, it’s a high-stakes, high-impact role with a lot of motion
The Role Structure
- You’ll start in a Houston store environment and transition to our new central kitchen once it opens
- Full onboarding, weekly training, and accountability support
- You’ll collaborate with operations leaders but execute independently
- Promotions aren’t the goal — mastery in recruiting is.
