About the Opportunity:
We Whiten is seeking a confident and motivated Junior Studio Partner to join our Southlake studio. In this mid-level role, you'll play a vital part in delivering cosmetic teeth whitening services, growing local clientele, and managing a professional boutique studio space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cosmetic whitening services (non-invasive; full training provided)
- Deliver exceptional client experience and consultations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand studio environment
- Promote service packages, rebooking, and sales opportunities
- Operate independently while aligning with brand performance goals
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or retail/sales (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- A polished, professional presence
- Self-starter attitude with reliable time management
- Availability for evenings/weekends if needed
