We Whiten is hiring a driven and polished Junior Studio Partner for our Plano studio. This mid-level role blends cosmetic whitening services with in-studio sales and client engagement. If you enjoy working independently in a boutique setting and delivering great results, we want to hear from you.
Your Role Includes:
- Performing cosmetic whitening treatments (non-invasive, training provided)
- Creating a welcoming, client-first studio experience
- Managing bookings, consultations, and follow-ups
- Promoting packages, services, and rebooking incentives
- Maintaining a clean, professional environment
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a background in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or customer service
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Is dependable, polished, and self-motivated
- Is open to weekend or evening shifts as needed
