*Job Summary*
As a Junk Removal / Demolition Technician, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently removing debris such as furniture, appliances, trash and other items as well as performing light interior and exterior demolition services from residential and commercial properties. This role requires physical work both inside and outside, light duty truck driving a plus, and customer service skills.
*Responsibilities*
- Performing junk removal and property cleanout jobs which will include lifting and loading light to heavy items from residential and commercial properties on a daily basis.
- Performing light demolition duties that include such jobs as shed, hot tub and other exterior demolition as well as interior demolition.
- Safely drive a Non CDL Box or Dump truck.
- Safely handle and operate hand and power tools.
- Work efficiently and cohesively as a team member within a crew.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in various environments.
- Interact and communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly manner.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to various jobs.
- Prior experience with labor and demolition work.
- Proficiency in driving Box or Non CDL Dump Trucks preferred.
- Valid Drivers License a must.
- Ability to get to and from our work location.
- Ability to adapt to different job situations.
- Punctual, responsible and presentable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Labor & delivery: 3 years (Required)
- Demolition: 2 years (Required)
- Power tools: 2 years (Required)
- Truck driving: 1 year (Preferred)
